About
We help people find a place to belong
Eagle Elite is a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality sports, swim, and fitness instruction and programs to New York City children and adults. With two locations in Manhattan, Asphalt Green offers diverse services catering to individuals of all skill levels, from first-time exercisers or new swimmers to elite athletes training for Ironman.
Eagle Elite functions on various levels. At our facilities, we offer memberships to use our top-notch fitness center and pools. We also run instructional classes and programs for children and adults on a term basis four times throughout the year—winter, spring, summer, and fall term. Programs include infant swim and diving classes, youth basketball leagues, and private Pilates Reformer classes.
Our Mission
We transform lives and build community through sports, fitness, and play for all
Lasting personal and social growth comes when we all work together. That’s why strengthening the community is our cause. Every day, we work side-by-side with our neighbors to make sure that everyone, regardless of age, income, or background, has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
Youth Development
Each year we help thousands of youth cultivate the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and educational achievement. Our programs and services help youth achieve their full potential.
Healthy Living
We promote healthy living in spirit, mind, and body. We offer state-of-the-art fitness equipment, unlimited group exercise classes, and a variety of programs and activities that help people create healthy habits, become more active, and prevent chronic disease.
Social Responsibility
We are deeply committed to fostering social responsibility in the communities where we live, work, and play. We take great pride in providing support to community members, from all walks of life, helping them reach their full potential and live a balanced, purposeful life.
