Fun-Focused Soccer for Young Players
The Eagle Elite Program is a specialized training-and-play initiative designed to nurture the skills of our youngest athletes (born in 2018 and 2019). Through this program, we carefully develop each player’s abilities and prepare them for future success in our travel team programs, beginning in Spring 2025 and beyond.
Our experienced coaching team is dedicated to enhancing players’ technical skills, building their confidence, and sparking a lifelong passion for soccer in a fun, supportive environment. As part of Eagle Elite, players are given the unique opportunity to secure early travel team spots for Spring 2025, with priority acceptance offered to those who complete the program.

Advanced Tactical and Technical Training Program
Format: 11 v 11
In this phase, training centers on advanced tactical development and small-sided games, each incorporating crucial attacking and defending principles. Players work on essential tactical elements such as speed of play, rapid transitions, counter-attacking strategies, pressing, and finishing in the final third to build strategic awareness and quick decision-making. Technical training emphasizes speed and precision, focusing particularly on passing and finishing skills. Position-specific drills ensure players refine techniques tailored to their roles—for instance, defenders work on precise passing, center midfielders focus on receiving and turning, and strikers concentrate on finishing.
Physical conditioning also takes on a prominent role, with endurance, strength, and speed incorporated into weekly routines to support players’ overall athletic growth. Players are encouraged to demonstrate a high level of commitment to their team, focus during training, and competitiveness in every game, building both their individual resilience and team spirit.
Refined Technique
Technique will focus on speed and accuracy. Passing and finishing are two of the main techniques emphasized at this stage. Part of the technical training will be position-specific: Defender: passing Center Midfielder: receiving to turn Strikers: finishing
Tactical Training
Tactical training and small-sided games are an essential part of the training at this stage. Attacking and defending principles must be part of all games. Important aspects of the tactical training are speed of play, quick transition, counter attacking and finishing in the final third, as well as pressing.
Player Commitment
Players should be expected to show commitment to the team, concentration in training sessions and competitiveness during the game.
Training Frequency
The physical aspect of the game is key at this stage: endurance, strength and speed will be part of the weekly training routine.
